Illustrator Project

  Project Name: Birthday Card

Step 1 : File→New→ Name: Birthday Card, Units: Millimeters→ Ok.

 

Step 2 : View→ Show Grid→ Pen Tool→ Fill Color: None And Stroke Color: Black→ Draw.

Step 3 : Copy(Alt+Drag+Shift)→Click Path Type Tool→ Character Palette (Ctrl+T) → Font: Comic Sans Ms, Size: 40pt, Write  “HAPPY BIRTH DAY TO YOU” .

Step 4 : Select object→ Menu Bar→ Type→ Create Outline(Ctrl+Shift+O) → Click Ellipse Tool→ Color Palette→ Fill: Black, Stroke: None→ Draw→ Use Convert Anchor Point Tool→ Two Point Click→ Direct Selection Tool and Draw Hart Symbol.

Step 5 : Select Object→ Menu Bar→ Object→ Path→ Offset Path→ Offset: 2mm, Join: Round→ Window→ Pathfinder→ Add to Shape area→ Object→ Arrange→ Send To Back→ Color Palette → Fill: White, Stroke: C:40→ Stroke Palette → Weight:2pt, →Select Object→ Ungroup→ Window Menu→ Swatch →Set Different Color→   Click Pen Tool Draw(///) And Coloring.

Step 6 : Gradient Palette→ Type: Radial, Color: White to C:50→ Star Tool→ Draw→ Select Star Object→ Reflect Tool→ Vertical: 90 and Drag Position.

Step 7 : Ellipse Tool→ Canvas  W: 76mm, H: 47mm→ Copy(Ctrl+Shift) → 3 Object→ Round Rectangle Tool→ Canvas  W: 134 , H:70, Corner Radius: 3mm→ Combine Object→ Select Object→ Pathfinder→ Add to Shape Area→ Expand→ Select Object→ Color palette→ Fill: None , Stroke: C:40, Stroke Width: 5pt.

Step 8 : Pen Tool→ Color Palette → Fill: None , Stroke: C:40→ Stroke Palette→ Weight: 1.8 pt, Round Cap , Round: Join , (Check) Dashed Line→ Dashed :2, Gap: 5→ Copy 5( Alt+Drag+Shift) → Combination.
