  Project Name: Create Color Pencil

 Step 1:   File → New→Width:5 & Height:5→ Filter→Texture→ Texturizur→ OK.

   

Step 2: Rectangular Marquee Tool→Drag of  Selection→Layer→ New→ Layer(Shift+Ctrl+N)→ Set Color→Select Move Tool→ Step by Step Alter Press  Copy Layer.

 Step 3: Step by Step Make Selection(Ctrl+Layer Click)→ and Set Deference Color→ Pen Tool→And Draw a shape→Make Selection(Ctrl+Enter Press)→ Layer→ New→ Layer(Shift+Ctrl+N)→ Set Color.

 Step 4: Make Selection(Ctrl+Layer Click)→ Pen Tool→ Draw→ Subtract from Selection→and
Make Selection(Ctrl+Enter Press)→ Dodge Tool Select and Drag an Select Area.

Step 5: Make Selection(Ctrl+Layer Click)→Pen Tool→ Draw→ Subtract from Selection→and
Make Selection(Ctrl+Enter Press)→ Burn Tool Select and Drag an Select Area.

Step 6: Make Selection(Ctrl+Layer Click)→ Select Rectangular Marquee Tool→and Subtract from Selection→ Step by Step Alter Press  Copy Layer.

Step 7:  Layer 1 Click→Make Selection(Ctrl+Layer 1 Click)→ Pen Tool→ Draw→ Subtract from Selection→and Make Selection(Ctrl+Enter Press)→ Dodge Tool Select and Drag an Select Area. 

Step 8: Make Selection(Ctrl+Layer 1Click)→Pen Tool→ Draw→ Subtract from Selection→and
Make Selection(Ctrl+Enter Press)→ Burn Tool Select and Drag an Select Area→
