Photoshop Project in
Multiply Screen Effect

Step 1: Open Eye Image → Layer Menu→ Duplicate Layer.

 

Step 2: Duplicate Layer Select→ Image Menu→ Adjustment→ Desaturate.

  

Step 3: Layer Pallet →Select Background Copy Layer → Pen Tool→ Drag Two Eye→ Make Selection (Control + Enter) → Delete Key Press → Map Copy → Past. 

Step 4: Layer Pallet→ Layer Option → Overlay/Multiply→ Fill: 64%. 

Step 5: Layer Pallet → Select Background Copy → Magic Wand Tool → Select Two Eyes→   Select Map Layer → Delete Key Press.

  

Step 6: Pen Tool → Drag Eye MPs →Make Selection (Control + Enter) → Map Copy→ Past Into → Fill Opacity: 50%.
